We ship from the Netherlands to customers across Europe. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order to you.
Processing your order
We process all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Selected countries within the European Union

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or customs processing.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight
- Shipping method selected
Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.
Tracking your order
If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once it’s dispatched. Use this to follow your package on the courier’s website.
Not all shipments include tracking — this depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Something went wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We’re not able to redirect packages once they’ve been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you about reshipment — additional shipping costs may apply.
