It all started with a simple craving — that moment when you think, I want something cute. Not just any snack or trinket, but something that feels special. Something fun, comforting, and a little indulgent.
That idea became I Want Something Cute.

Across Asia, countless brands create products that are beautiful, creative, and sometimes wonderfully unexpected — charming stationery, thoughtful beauty, and snacks that somehow make you smile before you even open them.
Many of these brands are still hard to find in Europe. We started IWSC to help more people discover them.

Our story
IWSC was founded by two Southeast Asians who now live and work in Europe.
Growing up in Asia, we were surrounded by exciting products, flavours, and brands that became hard to find once we moved abroad. At the same time, we saw how curious many people in Europe were about Asian culture and products.
There were so many amazing things in Asia that Europe hadn’t discovered yet. So we started bringing them here.
What’s next: Southeast Asia
Right now, most of our curation focuses on Japan and Korea — the brands closest to our own childhoods. But as we grow, we’re most excited about bringing more from Southeast Asia — a region with incredible creativity that’s still overlooked in Europe.
Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines — there’s so much to share. This is where IWSC is heading.
