ORDERS

How do I place an order

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and complete payment — you’ll receive a confirmation email straight away.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to help. Email us as soon as possible at somethingcute.nl@gmail.com. Once an order is dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

How do I know my order went through?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder — or email us and we’ll confirm it manually.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to?

We ship from the Netherlands to customers across the European Union. Exact availability is shown at checkout.

Do I need to pay customs fees?

No — we ship entirely within the EU from the Netherlands, so there are no customs duties or import fees for EU customers. This is one of the main reasons we exist: bringing Asian products to Europe without the customs headache.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — orders over €80 qualify for free EU shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

How do I track my order?

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once it’s dispatched. Use this to follow your package on the courier’s website.

RETURNS & REFUND

Can I return my order?

Yes — EU customers have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return, no questions asked. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns & Refund page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at somethingcute.nl@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We’ll send you return instructions within 2 business days.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

PRODUCTS

Are your products authentic?

Yes — we source directly from Asian brands and authorised distributors. Every product we stock is genuine. Authenticity is one of our core curation criteria — we’d never stock something we couldn’t stand behind.

Do products look exactly as shown?

We do our best to photograph and describe products accurately. Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings or lighting. If you ever receive something that looks significantly different from what was shown, contact us.

Will sold-out products come back?

Some products are restocked regularly, others are limited runs. If you’re waiting for something specific, email us — we’ll let you know if and when it’s coming back.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment providers.

Is my payment information safe?

Where are you based?

We’re based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We’re a small team and started IWSC because we missed the Asian products we grew up with.

What languages do you offer support in?

We reply in English and Dutch. If you’d like to write to us in another language, we’ll do our best to help.
