We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right.

Our returns policy

We offer a 14-day return window on all orders. This means you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return — no questions asked, as required by EU consumer law.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number and proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

What cannot be returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items that show clear signs of use
  • Personalised or custom-made products

How to Request a Return

Email us at somethingcute@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged

We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs

Unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked service — we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

Your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

In these cases, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
